I wish there were more stars to review ! It's was a pleasure dealing with one of your agent , Val . She is very friendly and professional . The most important part is I am not her client. Our common fence with our neighbour , who is a client of Val , had collapsed on 01st. August 2021 due to strong winds. I was very concerned about the security of my fur baby when after the winds , there were no fence in between two houses. Contacted Val and she took immediate action to contact the owner of the house, kept in touch with me in emails and messages and used to provide me regular feedback and updates and finally the fence has been installed after negotiating with the building insurance companies of both the parties. I do really appreciate the help and support of her tenants in the property as well. I strongly recommend Val McKinney for her service and professionalism. A real asset to any company.
